When will my order ship?

Everything in the shop is handmade in the order they were received. I do my best to get all orders completed within a 1-2 week time frame. After that your order ships out via USPS first class and you receive a tracking number. Generally first class takes about 3-5 days to get to you; there have been known to be slight delays depending on the postal system. 

What happens if my bow comes apart?

I guarantee my product 100%, so if your bow comes apart please email me at hello@elliamaydesigns and I will gladly work this out with you.

What is Left Side Clip//Right Side Clip?

If you are choosing to have your bow placed on a hair clip you have two options: left side clip or right side clip. This is what side of your childs head you want the bow to be on. Not when you are facing the child. If your childs hair swoops to the right then you want the right side clip; and visa versa.

Can I combine my orders?

If you email me your order numbers, I can do my best to have them ship together. Due to large order volume this is not always feasible. 

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Once your order is placed I am not able to make any changes to it. If you’d like an additional item you will have to place another order. If you need to change your shipping address I will need to cancel your order and you can re-order it. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order it needs to be done within 48 hours of purchase.  

Do you offer coupons or discounts?

I often have coupon codes and sales over on my Instagram feed or in my VIP Facebook Group. Go there to see if there are any current coupon codes!



How do I sign up?

It's easy! Just go to the top of the main page on our site, click the link titled "Bow Subscriptions", choose which one you'd like (headband or clip), create an account and sign up, and voila! You're signed up to get the cutest bows every month!

When will my credit card be charged?

If this is your first time placing a subscription order, you will be charged the day you sign up. After that you will be billed on the 5th of every month. Please Note: If you sign up at the beginning of the month between the 1st - 4th, your card will not be charged again on the 5th. Rather you will be charged on the 5th of the following month.

Can I update my payment info?

Yes! Just log in and click "manage subscription" under account.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes! Just log in and click "manage subscription" under account. You will need to switch your subscription by the 15th of the month to guarantee it be changed for that months shipment.

When will I receive my bows?

You will get three bows every month! They will be shipped the last week of the month, and you'll get an email when the order has shipped with tracking information as well. Please allow 7-10 business days for them to be delivered.

Can I switch my subscription options from headband to clip?

Yes! Just log in and click "manage subscription" under account. You will need to switch your subscription by the 15th of the month to guarantee it be changed for that months shipment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can log in and cancel your subscription. Please note, that if you cancel AFTER the 4th of the month you will receive one more months bows.
